The College Crusade of Rhode Island is a 501 (c)(3) youth service organization. Children enroll in the sixth grade and are eligible for and expected to participate in a wide variety of college access programs designed to get and keep them on the path to college during grades 6 through 12. The Crusade also provides scholarships for post-secondary education. In order to fulfill the scholarship obligations we seek independent analysis of current assumptions for high school graduation/GED attainment and matriculation to post-secondary for poor urban minorities.
Bid documents are available at the office of the College Crusade of Rhode Island located at 134 Thurbers Avenue, Suite 111, Providence, RI 02905. A pre-bid conference will be held on September 3, 2010 at 1 PM at the Crusade’s office. Proposals will be submitted not later than 4 PM September 24, 2010.
